主動式負載系統之研究

摘要


電動跑步機於使用者使用過程中,可利用跑步機所具有的避震緩衝功能結構設計,有效降低使用者之腳踝、膝關節及髖關節之衝擊力,避免使用者運動或復健時造成的運動傷害。常見電動跑步機的避震緩衝功能是被動的且其結構組成元件則是有不同形式的懸吊衣懸吊系統、托架、扶手架等。只是這些組成元件的常是個別獨立設計,很少是基於使用者立場來整體考量這些組成元件的整合性設計。因此本研究主要目地是探討與研究具有整合性的主動式避震緩衝功能之電動跑步機主動式負載系統設計。主要設計項目有拱門式托架設計、裝載式懸吊衣懸吊系統設計、扶手調整機構設計、以及主動式負載系統的原理分析與設計。本研究亦設計與製造一應用於電動跑步機的主動式負載雛形系統,本研究設計結果亦驗證所提理論的可行性。

The function of suspension system of electronic treadmill can reduce the impact force between the treadmill and the human. The suspension system of electronic treadmill is usually passive and is composed of different kind devices includes frame, suspension cloth, and armrests. The designs of these devices are not enough integrated by considering the user’s view. Hence the purpose of this work is to integrated design of the active force balance system that could have suspension function and be applied to electronic treadmills. The paper works out the design of frame, suspension cloth, armrests mechanism, and active force balance system. This work also design a prototype of active force balance system used to electronic treadmill to improve the feasibility of the provided theory.
