變電所接地及防雷措施

摘要


本論文主要介紹避雷針的演進及理論,並針對理論探討其接閃效能,文中並針對台灣地區落雷情況與遭雷擊率做探討,同時對接閃器之設計及實況推導做介紹,並以龍崎超高壓變電所為例,探討其架空地線的防雷效果,除此之外,接地網路的良窳是接閃效能成敗的重要因素,本文藉由ATP軟體做地網模擬分析。當鐵塔頂端遭雷擊中時,鐵塔的電壓會因不同塔腳電阻、雷擊電流峰值和雷擊電流波頭值而造成不同的電壓升。實驗表明,降低塔腳電阻能有效減低地電位的浮升。架設架空地線網和下引導線,可有效攔截雷擊,並將雷擊電流導引至大地,以達到保護人身及設備安全之目的。

This research introduces the lightning rod and its evolution, aiming on the lightning receiving effect based on theories.The theme focuses on the phenomena of lightning occurrence and its rate struck in Taiwan. In order to conduct the research practically, the performance of overhead ground wire in Lung-chi E/S was examined based on ATP package software for transient simulation on the ground system of substation when the tower was struck by a lightning stroke. The over-voltages induced at different sites, which is inside the substation, were simulated. Meanwhile, the effects of ground resistance and lightning current on the transient over-voltage were simulated as well.
