本論文利用雷射引致偶氮染料吸附製作全像光柵,藉由改變激發光強度、時間及偵測光偏振方向,來研究全像光柵形成時的動態研究。在此研究中,在不同的激發光強度及時間照射下,發現一階繞射光強度深受激發光的強度及時間影響。且藉由不同的偵測光偏振方向所觀測到的一階繞射形成期間的不同反應,發現光柵形成時除了受偶氮染料分子吸附造成影響之外,亦有薄膜內液晶分子受激發染料分子產生力矩而有排向改變的情形發生。
