電子控制式無段變速機車之最佳換檔性能模擬分析與實驗驗證

摘要


傳統皮帶式無段變速器(Continuously Variable Transmission, CVT),換檔行程由於機械特性的限制,無法完全發揮主動控制的優點,讓引擎與變速器隨時保持在最佳的匹配狀態,同時顧及加速性能與燃油消耗,所以本文主要研究機車用電子控制式無段變速系統(Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission, ECVT)最佳換檔規劃,利用馬達與動力螺桿,將旋轉運動改變為直線運動,以推動主動滑輪達到改變減速比;分析傳統CVT減速比換檔曲線與最佳化曲線之加速性能及燃油消耗比較,使引擎能夠保持較高性能輸出或較低油耗區間運轉。 為求方便設計減速比換檔曲線,本文利用電腦軟體MATLAB/Simulink建構出機車的動態模型,並以實驗方式量測引擎扭力、引擎油耗、CVT效率、CVT減速比,提供模擬程式應用,以便設計加速性能與燃油消耗最佳化曲線,縮短開發時程與成本;本文首先利用模擬程式,模擬CVT系統加速性能與燃油消耗,其次以實驗驗證模擬程式正確性。燃油消耗是以自動駕駛系統根據中華民國CNS3105測試法規所量測而得;利用最佳化理論求得最佳加速性能與燃油消耗換檔曲線,並以實驗驗證模擬程式正確性。

In order to the convenience design speed ratio to shift gears the curve, This article uses computer software MATLAB/Simulink to construct constructs the locomotive the dynamic model, and use experimental type to measure engine torque, engine fuel consumption, the efficiency of CVT, and the speed ratio of CVT, provide Simulation program application, convenience design acceleration performance and fuel consumption the curves of optimization. Reduces the development time interval and the cost; This article first uses the simulation formula, Simulated CVT system acceleration and fuel consumption, second use experimental verification Simulation program accuracy. Fuel consumption according to autopilot system conforms to republic of China regulation of CNS 3105; Simulates the best pick-up and the fuel consumption using the optimization theory shifts gears the curve, and experimental verification Simulation program accuracy.
