生活在忙碌的社會中,常常會有許多的壓力產生,而這些壓力不外乎來自於工作、生活、家庭等因素,壓力會干擾甚至破壞人體的賀爾蒙、化學訊息、腦神經傳導物質、新陳代謝、酵素系統、免疫功能、導致肌肉緊繃、皮表溫度降低、膽戰心驚冒冷汗。所以紓解壓力變成的現代人生活課題的一部份。紓解壓力的方法因人而異如「氣功、靜坐、瑜珈、靈修、法輪功、香功」這些需要個人信仰興趣,需長時間練習且無法立即見效。「旅行」需考量地點、時間,且無法天天進行。「音樂」針對心靈方面效果比較好 。「按摩椅」主要是針對身體肌肉放鬆。 近年來科技的進步,按摩椅功效越來越多,再加上符合人體工學與擁有舒適柔和的力道,真實類比專業推拿按摩師的手法,讓使用者可以感覺到舒適而自然的放鬆。但是,目前國內並沒有按摩椅相關的研究,故本研究擬透過腦波儀的量測來作為按摩椅是否能夠有效紓解壓力的指標。 本研究主要利用量測腦波的alpha及theta波,配合測試後的訪談,並且實際驗證坐按摩椅和平躺,在紓解壓力上的差異,以證明按摩椅在紓解壓力上的效應。
There are lots of pressures around us in this busy society. They come from our jobs, lives and families. Pressures will disturb our hormone, chemical messages, neurotransmitters, metabolism, enzyme systems, immunologic function, and lead to stretch taut our muscles and reduce the temperature of skin. Releasing becomes a part of our lives. The ways to release are different from person to person such as gigong, sitting in meditation, yoga, spirit repairs, falungong and fragrant merit. Traveling needs to consider about the place, time, and people can not travel every day. Music has much better efficiency of the spirit. Message chairs would focus on the release of the muscle. Technology grows rapidly in recent years, so the efficiency of message chairs has more and more. In addition, the message chairs can fit it with the kinesiology and have comfortable strength. Message chairs can also let people feel comfortable and release naturally like the technique of the massagists. However, there are not any relating researches about message chairs nowadays. Therefore, this research is to check if the message chairs can release effectively by measuring the EEG. The main topic of this research is using the alpha wave and theta wave of EEG, and after the survey, it would have questionnaires. In addition, this research is to survey the differences of releasing between sitting and lying on the message chairs and in order to prove the release efficiency of the message chairs.
