本研究探討公務人員規劃個人退休後經濟生活需要考量的相關影響因素。研究內容包括下列各點:一、探討公務人員目前每月儲蓄和預計平均投資報酬率之退休規劃能力以及個人風險認知度之差異性。二、探討公務人員所預期的所得替代率在退休態度、退休規劃能力與個人風險認知度之相關性。三、提供公務人員個人退休規劃建議方案。 本研究之研究對象以宜蘭縣地區符合公務人員退休法且願意預先思考退休後可能發生生活變化而進行退休後的經濟規劃之公務人員為樣本來源。研究方法及工具為敘述性統計之次數分配及百分比、交叉分析列聯表、卡方獨立性差異分析、Kendall’s tau-b與Spearman相關係數分析及複迴歸分析。 本研究結果為:一、公務人員設定退休後理想的所得替代率和生活品質,必須仰賴自己工作期間的提存,透過適當的投資組合和資產配置,提高每月提撥的金額和投資報酬率,方能達到理想的退休生活。二、影響退休規劃能力的因素最主要有年齡、婚姻狀況、家庭人口數、教育程度、服務機構、職位、月所得、工作年資和個人風險認知度,其次影響為性別;影響退休態度的因素主要有年齡、服務機構、職位、月所得,次影響為婚姻狀況、家庭人口數、教育程度、工作年資和個人風險認知度。三、預計退休後的所得替代率與預計退休後每月生活費用、目前每月提撥金額、預計平均投資報酬率、個人風險認知度、教育程度和婚姻狀況呈顯著正相關,而與年齡及職位呈顯著負相關。
The study probes into the impact factors of servants who are planning their retirement life. The contents are as follows: 1. The difference among the servants who have will of retirement plan, such as retirement age, expecting living cost after retirement, and capability of retirement plan, for instance, monthly budget of pension, average investment rewards, and personal risk sustaining. 2. The correlation of expected income substituting rate in retirement will, capability of retirement plan and personal risk sustaining among the servants. 3. The suggestions of retirement plan for the servants. The sample is Yilan County servants who have will and capability to plan retirement life in advance. The research method includes: Frequency distribution and percentage of Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Cross analysis contingey table, Chi-square test of independence, Kendall’stau-b and Spearman correlation coefficient and Mlti-regression analysis. The following is the results that reveal some information: 1. The servants have to setup the desirable expected income substituting rate and living standard by saving from investment portfolio and assets disposition to raise the monthly budget and investment rewards rate in order to approach the goal of desirable life. 2. The major influence factors of planning capability of retirement are: age, marital, numbers of family, education, apparatus, position, monthly income, seniority, and personal risk sustaining. The minor influence factor is gender. The major influence factors of retirement will are: age, apparatus, position and the monthly salary. The minor influences are: marital, numbers of family, education, seniority, and personal risk sustaining. 3. There is a positive relation in expected income substituting rate after retirement and expected monthly living cost after retirement, monthly pension budget at present, expected average investment rewards rate, personal risk sustaining, education, marital. Besides, there is a negative relation in expected income substituting rate after retirement and age and position.
