知識分享是知識管理的核心,過去的研究較少對知識分享之相關價值進行分析。本研究針對過去知識分享的相關文獻,找出其中較為混淆的觀念,提出知識價值分類模式,並區分知識本身價值、知識分享者個人價值、以及組織價值等三類,其中知識分享者個人價值又分為專家地位的價值、分享意願及能力的價值兩類,並整合提出知識分享價值曲線的概念性假說。 本研究並進一步以實證分析,探討期望結果如何透過知識分享的態度、意願與行為,來影響個人價值與組織價值。並藉以檢討上述知識分享價值曲線中的部份概念。 研究結果顯示得知,期望結果確實會透過知識分享的態度、意願與行為,對個人價值與組織價值造成顯著影響。其中期望損失越高知識分享態度越強烈的結果與過去的研究顯然不同。探討其原因為,個人知識分享態度受到正面期望結果的影響,更甚於負面的期望結果。也就是個人知識分享固然有預期損失,但與期望報酬、期望關係與期望貢獻的加總,仍然是正向促進知識分享的意願。這個實證的意涵與本研究提出的知識分享價值曲線,有異曲同工之妙。
The knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management, but we pay few attentions to the value of knowledge sharing in the past. This research aims at some confuse idea related to knowledge sharing references, then we propose more explicit knowledge value categorization, that is value for knowledge itself, value for knowledge owner, and value for organization. In addition, value for knowledge owner can be divided into value for expert, and value for willing and ability. Then we integrated and infer the hypothesis of the curve of knowledge sharing value of knowledge owner. In addition, we applies empirical analysis to discuss how expected outcome can affect the value of knowledge owner and the value of organization through knowledge sharing attitude, intention, and behavior. And so as to test some concept of the hypothesis based on this knowledge sharing curve of knowledge owner. The results of this research show expected outcome can affect the value of knowledge owner and the value of organization through knowledge sharing attitude, intention, and behavior. Where the results the more expected loss the stronger attitude of knowledge sharing, is strange to the study show as past scholar. The reason is possible because the negative expected outcome (expected loss) is depressed by positive outcome. That is to say, according to knowledge sharing of knowledge owner, the expected loss although exist, more important is that there are also expected rewards, expected associations, and expected contribution, the total effect of these positive expected outcome is positive enable knowledge owner to share knowledge. The result show the similar concept compare to the curve of knowledge sharing value of knowledge owner which we proposed in this research.
