This qualitative research is base on the researcher’s own experiences on products developing projects. Through the well interactive and cross analysis on collected data and interviews, this study is trying to express the project more objectively. This study aims to investigate the differences of the developing procedure established by the manufacturer itself and the procedure formulated by International Standard Operation (ISO); and to understand the negligence in this process that cause consequent customer complaints. By knowing the real reasons behind the differences and negligence, this study provides some suggested improvement strategies to decrease the cost and time in the developing process and further to reduce the chance of human negligence.
