In recent years, the brightness and light-emitting efficiency of the LED has reached a high standard, and the requirement of a variety of equipments has increased rapidly, e.g., the use of electronic billboard advertisements, aviation electronic indicators, and the replacement of headlight of the automobile. In consideration of the factor of safety, the lifetime and the hardness of solid-state devices make them the most suitable replacement and they are in need of lower maintenance fee; however, when the manufacturing factory produces tens of thousands of LEDs, it is impossible to detect the characteristic of each LED slowly and to judge they are good or bad products. In this project, the LED efficient detecting and lightness distribution measurement system will be fabricated, and it can be used to analyze the stability of light emission.
