發光二極體檢測系統

摘要


近幾年來,由於發光二極體的亮度與發光效率已經達到一個高水準,並且在各種設備的需求下劇增,例如用在都市景觀的電子戶外廣告看板、航空電子儀器指示器,並可進步到取代汽車上的頭燈。由其考慮到安全因素,固態元件壽命與較強的硬度使它們感為最適當的替代品與較低的維護費;而當製造廠生產出來幾十萬顆發光二極體的時候,不可能一顆一顆的慢慢去檢測其特性,來判定是否為良或不良品。故本計畫將設計製造出發光二極體有效檢測與亮度分佈量測系統,並分析發光穩定度。

In recent years, the brightness and light-emitting efficiency of the LED has reached a high standard, and the requirement of a variety of equipments has increased rapidly, e.g., the use of electronic billboard advertisements, aviation electronic indicators, and the replacement of headlight of the automobile. In consideration of the factor of safety, the lifetime and the hardness of solid-state devices make them the most suitable replacement and they are in need of lower maintenance fee; however, when the manufacturing factory produces tens of thousands of LEDs, it is impossible to detect the characteristic of each LED slowly and to judge they are good or bad products. In this project, the LED efficient detecting and lightness distribution measurement system will be fabricated, and it can be used to analyze the stability of light emission.
