應用數位調變式功率控制器於交流電扇的功率控制之研製

摘要


本文提出一種適用於交流電源之數位調變式功率控制電路,其中該電路主要採用調相技術,藉由硬體電路偵測出交流電過零點訊號,再經由CPLD晶片進行處理,將所接收到的數位控制訊號條件做比對,產生PPM調變訊號來控制TRIAC導通角,進而達到控制交流輸出功率的目的。透過本文所提之方法,即可將傳統無法調整功率或分段調整功率之電阻性、電感性負載(如電燈泡、電風扇),改良成可經由有線或無線的數位訊號進行無段式功率調整,大大提升傳統電阻性、電感性負載使用上的便利性。

This text proposes a circuit that is suitable for digital modulation power control in alternating current, The circuit adopts a phase modulation technology, by detecting the alternating current with crossing the zero point signal using a hardware circuit; Furthermore we design a CPLD chip, which can be used to compare to the received digital control signals, the produce P.P.M signal to control the phase angle of TRIAC. Finally we can achieve the goal of controlling output power in alternating current. By adopting the method as this text proposed, it can improver traditional problem which is unable to adjust the power, or modulate the power step by step using resistance and inductance load (such as the light bulb and electric fan) , Finally, it can improve the stepless of power adjustment , with wired or wireless digital signal process, which can provide the convenience using resistance and inductance load.
