複合式導光板與LED照明燈具幾何參數對光學性質之影響分析

摘要


目前業界針對V溝及網點微結構導光板光學分析之研究較多,對於設計不同微結構導光板探討相對較少,無法提供足夠研究的分析結果給工業界作設計參考,導致浪費許多產品開發的時間與成本。因此本研究將設計圓錐形微結構、三角金字塔微結構、四角金字塔微結構。另外由於發光二極體具有省電、環保、壽命長、反應速度快等優點,未來將取代傳統發光元件成為新的照明光源,因此本研究也將以LED為光源作光學照明分析。 本論文分為三大部份,第一部分為LCD背光模組複合式微結構導光板光學分析;第二部份為LED照明燈具光學分析,改變稜鏡結構深度與底寬做光學分析探討;第三部分加入環境因素對於LED燈光照明的影響,來達到預估LED燈光所呈現的照明效果。 本文分析結果可得知,當圓錐微結構深度越小時,光線會越往後方移動,當圓錐微結構密度越大時光線進入導光板就容易受到微結構的影響而被導出。利用三角金字塔與四角金字塔微結構來做光線的方向性,則需要注意到旋轉角度不可過大容易造成輝度降低。在設計LED透鏡時改變深度,較容易破壞反射使光線導出,若是要以改變深度的方式設計時,不代表此方式是最佳。改變底寬間而增減環帶數來設計LED透鏡,會得到光線差異較大的聚散效果。在LED燈光照明上環境因素對於光學照明影響非常大,在設計燈具上也是必須要注意的重點。

Therefore this study will be designed cone-shaped micro-structures, micro-structure of the triangular pyramid, quadrangular pyramid microstructures. Also as a result of light-emitting diodes with a save electricity, environmental protection, long life, fast response speed, etc., Future will replace the traditional light-emitting components into a new light source, so this study will also be LED lighting for the light source for optical analysis. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part of backlight modules for LCD Light Guide Plate Optical composite structure analysis of the decline; the second part of LED lighting for optical analysis, changes in the structure of prism-structure optical depth and analysis to do length; third section to be included in environmental factors in the impact of LED lighting, LED lighting to achieve the forecast presented by the lighting effects. In this paper, the results of the analysis we can see that, when the micro-cone structure of the depth of the more hours, the light side will become the next move, when the micro-structure of the density of the larger cone of light entering the lightguide plate when it is easy to be the impact of micro-structure was derived. Triangular pyramid with the corners of the use of micro-structure of the pyramid as directional light, you need to be aware of rotation can not cause too much lower luminance. In the design of LED lens change the depth of damage is easier to make light derived reflection, it is a way to change the depth of design, does not mean that this approach is the best. Length change and changes in inter-ring design with a few LED lens, the light will be different effects of separation. LED lighting in the environmental factors on the impact of optical illumination is very large, is also in the design of lamps must be the focus of attention.
