LED 廟會控制器研製

摘要


近年來,隨著人們越來越重視及追求生活上的品質,對在室內外照明的燈光調變上也漸趨講究,各級政府及民間團體在舉辦大型活動、展場及廟會上,也都辦得有聲有色,在這種大型場地下所舉辦的活動,除了有煙火及音響外,最重要的就是利用燈光的色彩變化所營造出來的氣氛。 目前對於大型會場、廟會等活動,在燈光的變化調節上,大多是採用傳統跳機的方式來建構,由於跳機是利用繼電器來作交流電迴路開關的方式,在使用場合需要快速切換開與關時,就無法使用,所以在傳統燈泡及LED燈的燈光變化上就有所侷限,而且,繼電器控制的方式必須將所有迴路的電源線全數拉回電源端,增加線路施工的困難度以及會場線路的複雜。 目前有關LED調光的方式大多是採用直流的方式來調光,此時,則需再透過變壓器來將AC電源轉換成DC電源,如此一來,電壓會因場地範圍大小而有壓降的問題,燈光調光的範圍便會受到限制。 因此,本論文的目的便是改善上述的缺點,所以採用交流調光的技術,並透過TRIAC以及其週邊電路,完成一利用交流電便能達到調光功能的調光模組。 此外,調光模組則採用交流電串接的方式,如此一來,便能夠實現大範圍的燈光控制,也因為採用電源串接的方式,則不須再將全部的電源線拉回主控端,節省在施工配線上的困難及複雜度。 在輸出燈光調變訊號的主控器與調光模組中,我們採用多核心 FPPA 微控器為核心技術,透過主控器輸出的調光訊號與調光模組接收訊號並對燈光源作變化,完成一可作燈光調變並應用於大型展場且實用性高的燈光控制器。

In recent years, with growing emphasis and the pursuit on the quality of life, indoor and outdoor lighting in the modulation of light is also becoming more particular about, all levels of government and civil society in large-scale events, exhibition and festivals, and also a resounding success, in such a large venue events, in addition to pyrotechnics and sound, the most important thing is to use light to create color out of the atmosphere changes. At present for large venues, festivals and other activities, in the light of changes in regulation, the most traditional way for relay to construct is to use the relay to switch the AC circuit means, occasions require the use of fast switching on and off, it can not be used, so in the traditional light bulbs and LED lights on the light of the changes have limitations, moreover, the relay in a controlled manner all loops must be the power cord back in full supply side, increase the difficulty of line construction and the venue line complex. LED dimming in currently is most of the way to DC dimming, at this point, need through the transformer to the AC power into DC power, thus, voltage range due to the size of the site have a drop problems, lights dimming range will be limited. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to improve these shortcomings. So, used AC dimming technology through the TRIAC and its peripheral circuits, an AC dimming module was completed in this thesis. Additional, ac dimming modules were combined to achieve a wide range of lighting control. Using ac dimming modules have following advantages. First, only six wires were used. Secondly, these wires were used series topology, reduced the complexity problems in the construction. In this thesis, the multi-core FPPA microcontroller was utilized to communicate the master and dimming modules.
