利用生物精鍊法(Bio Polisher)淨化彩色濾光片製程廢水之應用研究

摘要


彩色濾光片製造過程包括反覆清洗、塗佈、曝光或顯影、映烤等製程,會有各類酸鹼廢液如硫酸、磷酸、鹽酸等及顏料廢水或洗劑廢水產出,傳統大多以化學混凝程序來進行處理,但處理後之化學需氧量仍偏高,故本研究目的為將彩色濾光片製程廢水經過化學混凝沉澱後之出流水再導入Bio Polisher生物處理程序,藉由模廠配置實際運作來評估系統之處理效能及其未來應用之可行性。模組經過兩個月連續操作測試,生化需氧量去除率可達80% ~ 85%,而COD去除率也高達75% ~88%,放流水水質皆符合科學園區納管標準。 為因應經濟復甦並創造「生產、生活、生態」三生共存的優質綠色產業環境,又因國內高科技產業發展迅速,如光電相關產業、液晶面板、及太陽能…等,其製程所用之化學品種類、數量繁多,製程所排放之廢水毒性特性與對環境之衝擊程度未明等影響。由於彩色濾光片製造廠位於台灣南部水資源較不充裕地區,於開發時所擬定整體用水計畫書時,即依現階段工業用水發展政策綱領及水資源主管機關要求,規劃將該廠區污水處理廠處理水回收再利用。由於該製造廠區用水需求量較大,以目前污水處理廠放流水之水質與水量,應可重新評估處理水再利用之可行性。
