本論文主要研製一備用電氣產品送電短路保護與檢視裝置,該備用送電短路保護與檢視裝置包含一個負載短路保護裝置與短路警示裝置,其中負載短路保護裝置透過一電源公插座經電源端電源線連接至市電插座,而輸出之電源母插座透過產品端電源線接至電氣產品,若當電氣產品端發生短路故障時,該短路保護與檢視裝置承受市電電源之大部份電壓,並以受限制的電流量來啟動檢視裝置以告知短路故障狀態;若該短路保護與檢視元件無出現檢視信號,則代表產品端無因短路故障產生之過電流發生。另外,為減少電器產品正常操作時的能源損耗,同時避免滿載額定電流大於設計之短路保護電流,利用一手動之切換開關將該短路保護裝置轉至通電短路狀態,此時可正常供電給電氣產品。最後經由實作完成以一傳統白熾燈與切換開關構成之送電短路保護與檢視裝置,可分別操作於市電110Vac或220Vac,達成一具有經濟、快速之備用電氣產品送電短路保護與檢視裝置。
The analysis and implementation of a reserve power-on short circuit warning and protector for electric devices is presented in this thesis. The reserve power-on short warning and protector includes a load short protector and a short warning device, where the load short protector is connected to the power plug through a common power jack, and the power outlet of the protector device is connected to electric devices. While electric devices short failure occurs, the most of power will flow through the short warning and protector and limits current to start the protector to show the short failure status. If there is no warning on the protector, it means there is no short failure. Furthermore, to decrease electric devices power consumption under normal operation, meanwhile, to avoid the full load rated current to be greater than designed protection current. We apply a manual switch to short the protection device, thus the electric devices could work under normal operation. Finally, the protection device is implemented with a conventional incandescent lamp and manual switches, this protection device can be operated under whether AC 110V or AC 220V, the experiment result shows this protection device meets the economy and fast reaction to be a useful protector.
