本研究以市售汽油摻配不同比例之甲醇、乙醇及丁醇等酒精汽油,探討酒精汽油對引擎穩態反應及暫態反應之影響,引擎暫態試驗探討冷啟動性能、引擎無負載加速測試和引擎負載下加速等暫態反應測試;建立油品特性與引擎試驗結果等關係,能更進一步有效探討使用酒精汽油之燃料的特性能適用於一般車輛。 研究結果顯示:在穩態試驗,摻配不同比例之酒精汽油,其燃燒最大壓力、制動馬力均低於市售汽油,在制動燃油能量消耗比方面:E15有最佳表現,與市售汽油相比改善約13.26%。廢氣排放方面:酒精汽油均比市售汽油低,但在NOX方面高於市售汽油。在冷啟動方面:添加酒精汽油之HC排放比市售汽油低。在無負載急加速方面:以E15有較佳之改善效果。負載加速性能方面以M15加速時間最短,比市售汽油縮短約20.31%,但HC排放市售汽油高。 在添加甲醇之酒精汽油,在引擎性能上有較佳的改善表現,但在廢氣排放上卻高於市售汽油,另外添加乙醇之酒精汽油,引擎性能低於市售汽油,但在廢氣排放比市售汽油和甲醇酒精汽油還低,而丁醇酒精汽油,其引擎性能和廢氣排放比甲、乙醇還要差。
The effect of methanol, ethanol and butanol gashol on the engine cold start, acceleration and combustion characteristics was investigated in this studied. The tested gashol are methanol, ethanol and buthanol blending with gasoline with different ratio. The effect of gashol on engine combustion characteristics and transient operations were investigated. Experiments were tested by engine dynamometer. The transient operation of cold start, free acceleration and acceleration under load were evaluated for all blending gashol. The effect of gashol on engine combustion pressure, engine performance, fuel consumption and exhaust emission were also measured. The relationship between the fuel properties of gashol and engine test results were helpful for the understanding of fuel characteristic. The test results showed that: in the steady-state tests, the brake horsepower and maximum combustion pressure were lower than UL for gashol. Compared with the UL, the brake specific energy consumption for E15 has the best performance and had about 13.26% improvement. Exhaust emissions of gashol were reduced. In the cold start test, the HC emissions of gashol were lower than UL. Under no-load acceleration test, the performance of E15 was better than others. For load acceleration test, the acceleration time of M15 was shorter than UL, the acceleration time was improved about 20.31%, but higher HC emissions than UL. Add methanol in gashol, the engine performance was improved. But the emissions are higher than UL. The engine performance was better than UL and with lower emission exhaust for the gashol blending with ethanol. The engine performance and exhaust emissions for buthanol gashol were worse than methanol and ethanol gashol.
