防震平台之非線性振動分析

摘要


防震平台的研究對確保儀器的精密度是非常重要的。雖然防震平台的應用相當普遍,但由於其數學模型是非線性的,不易分析,故相關理論文獻較缺乏。本文針對多種防震平台,提出一個非線性振動之數學模型,並提出解析解。找到基礎和平台振動的關係式,探討各種參數對防震效果的影響,提供設計最佳防震平台的參考。

The investigation of vibration-proof platform is very significant for precise instruments. Although the application of the platform is popular, a few relevant literatures are presented. It is because its mathematical system is nonlinear and hardly analyzed. In this paper, the analytical method is derived. The relation between the platform vibration and the base excitation is revealed. The effects of several parameters on the performance of platform are investigated. These results are very helpful for the optimum design of platform.
