稻殼/UP樹脂複合材料製備及分析

Preparation and Analysis of Rice Husk/UP Resin Composites

摘要


本研究利用台灣最大宗的農業廢棄物稻殼(RH),以未處理、鹼處理及改質處理的稻殼進行探討稻殼的各種性質,再與常見的複合基材不飽和聚酯樹脂(UP)混摻,製備出5wt% ~ 10wt%的完整及碎片稻殼複合UP樹脂複合材料,探討複合材料之機械性質及熱性質等特性。 本研究添加的稻殼分為未處理、鹼處理及偶合劑處理,在機械性質方面,經鹼處理及偶合劑處理後的稻殼補強UP樹脂與純UP樹脂相互比較後,發現提升抗拉強度的效果並不明顯,在耐衝擊強度上並沒有得到改善,洛氏硬度會隨著稻殼的添加而逐漸下降,但以未處理的稻殼複合UP樹脂與處理後的稻殼/UP樹脂比較,各項試驗皆有所改善,而最後可確定稻殼碎片的試片皆優於完整稻殼的試片。 在熱性質方面,稻殼經鹼、偶合劑處理的試片與純UP樹脂的熱裂解溫度相近,不過與RH/UP比較後是有提升的;UP樹脂加入稻殼後熱變形溫度(HDT)皆能得到提升,不過在A-RH+OFS-6300的試片中,並沒有得到改善;燃燒試驗部分,加入稻殼後最低需氧量指數(LOI)幾乎都增加了1%,不過在A-RH+AEPTMS的試片中只有RHB 10wt%達到LOI值19。

In this study, rice husk is divided into an unhandled alkali treatment and coupling agent treatment, in the mechanical properties, Reinforced UP resins with pure UP resin compared with each other in the mechanical properties of rice husk by alkali treatment and coupling agent treatment, found to enhance the tensile strength of the effect is not obvious, Izod impact strength is not improved,Rockwell hardness gradually decreased with the addition of rice husk; But compares the unprocessed rice husk composite UP resin and treatment of rice husk UP resin. The various tests have been improved, The last can determine specimen of the rice husk scraps are better than pecimen of tne complete rice husk. In the thermal properties, Rice husk by alkali、coupling agent treatment of specimens pyrolysis temperature are similar to the pure resin, However, after comparison with the RH / UP is to enhance; HDT value is all improve when UP resin by adding rice husk, however in pecimen of A-RH+OFS-6300 is not improved; Part of LOI, By adding rice husk LOI value of almost all the increase of 1%,but in pecimen of A-RH+AEPTMS only RHB 10wt% to reach LOI 19.
