摘要
本研究有鑑於市面上婚宴的形式逐漸走上創新與多元化，而多半婚宴在創新的外在包裝下，卻缺乏人與人之間的互動，同時在賓客服務品質還有進步的空間。因此發展了婚宴管理系統，將無線識別辨識技術(RFID)、無線傳輸(Wi-Fi )、數位看板Digital Signage)、視訊攝影機(Webcam)和Server資料庫整合，發展出一新人與賓客專屬的婚宴環境。利用資訊科技來協助婚宴管理，透過賓客資料數位化來達成自動登記，利用路線指引及桌位顯示協助賓客確實入座並妥善分配座位，以達成賓客便利性及會場整合性。利用辨識技術辨識身分，搭配觸碰式數位看板，整合成智慧型數位看板，讓賓客擺脫傳統相簿模式，透過使用者介面(User Interface, UI)，顯示使用者相關的回憶照片，並讓使用者手指一點就能輕易的與照片互動，再搭配上自動拍照與現場的主題式佈置拍照留念，另外透過留言留下最直接的感動，帶給賓客在飯菜佳餚外最深刻美好的氣氛。建立一套及具服務及互動的婚宴環境並與前端的節目設計規劃及各式主題情境佈置相互結合，利用資訊科技複製一個讓賓客感動的婚禮饗宴。

This study developed wedding banquet management system, in view of gradual innovation and diversification of the wedding circumstances which mainly have been focusing on the outside packages without interaction among people and service quality can be improved as well. The study has been developed a set of wedding environment for both the host and guests by means of integrating RFID, wireless transmission, digital signage, video camera and database. The digitalization of guest information will be realized by automatic registration. Route direction and table display both will help the guests with proper allocation. With the intelligent digital signage integrated by RFID, assisted by touch screen, guests may feel free from traditional photo album mode. Through user menu, relevant photos full of memories will be displayed and user could interact with these photos. Plus the automatic picture taking with the thematic arrangement on site and leaving messages for the most direct touching, guests will be brought into most impressive and nice atmosphere besides the cuisine. A set of wedding environment will be established with a combination of previous programs planned plus various thematic arrangements, providing wedding participants with a new visual context, to create a technology based and human oriented wedding feast.
