多重拋物反射面照明系統

摘要


本論文是採用單顆LED 設計照明燈,採用由拋物反射面及透鏡組合而成的改良式完全內反射透鏡(TIR 透鏡)。 設計步驟首先使用建模軟體Solidworks 製作模組,再以光學模擬軟體FRED 建立LED 光源及透鏡進行光線模擬,此照明系統特點是光線經由拋物反射面將光線平行射至前方,其特色是將一般點光源的90 度發散光修正為平行光,再加入透鏡,有利於光線集中及降低眩光,接著再製作一個傳統的TIR 透鏡互作比較,再觀察兩組燈具的照度,可以發現當出光口及透鏡大小相同時,本文所提出的使用改良型TIR 透鏡的照明燈體積較小,且照度也比傳統TIR 透鏡集中。 再製作反射原理一樣的兩個模組,其中一個減少一個拋物反射面,另一個則增加一個拋物反射面,再進行模組、照度及光斑圖的比較,可以發現當模組出光口及透鏡大小相同時,三層拋物反射面模組的照度及光斑圖整體效果也較好、集中。

In this thesis, the proposed lighting lamp contains one single LED,and it use the midified version of total internal reflection lens (TIR lens)which is the combination of parabolic reflectors and one len . In our design process, first we use the modeling software Solidworks to design modules, and then to establish the LED light source and lens to simulate the lighting system by the optical simulation software FRED. The feature of the proposed light system is that light far from the optical axis from the LED can be transmitted parallel to the optical axis by the parabolic reflectors and light near the optical axis from the LED can be transmitted parallel to the optical axis by the addition of one len in the lighting system. For comparison, a traditional TIR len is created and then the illumination of these two schemes are observed. We can find that when the sizes of the light exit and the len are the same for these two schemes, the proposed lighting lamp using the modified TIR lens has a smaller size than the conventional TIR lens. To find the optimal number of parabolic reflectors, the lighting system using two and four parabolic reflectors are constructed with component arrangement rule similar to the one with three parabolic reflectors. We find that when the sizes of the light exit and the len are the same, the case of using three parabolic reflectors is better than the cases of using two or four parabolic reflectors.
