本研究以相變化儲能材料搭配汽車遮陽罩,來改善密閉的汽車空間溫度,並使車內保持恆溫狀態,進而減少戶外高溫的照射造成車內高溫,而需要加強冷氣減少燜熱感,此舉非常耗油且不環保。 研究中使用了兩台NISSAN_ CEFIRO(2000 c.c.)汽車做實驗,並將厚度0.5cm、長度130cm、寬度86cm重量約9.1公斤左右的相變化儲能包裝置於汽車上部夾層內,且搭配一般市售汽車遮陽罩進行實驗。 實驗結果發現,首先以一般車內(最高溫:53.6℃)為基準,而裝置汽車遮陽罩的車內(最高溫:49.3℃)相比的話,兩者相差4.3℃;但與裝置相變化儲能材料包的實驗車(最高溫:42.2℃)相比,相差了11.4℃,明顯看出數據有很大的差異,證實使用相變化材料隔熱是有隔熱效果,可有效降低車內溫度。接著,本實驗以相變化儲能材料包搭配汽車遮陽罩,結果發現,這種搭配方式車內最高溫度是36.3℃與室外溫度(最高溫:33.3℃),相差了3℃。此方式與一般用的遮陽罩相較之下,更能有效的將熱隔離在車外。
This research aimed to find an approach to lower the temperature inside a car and maintain it at constant temperature. Furthermore, by reducing the amount of sunlight entering the car, which leads to high temperature, it could reduce the use of air-conditioning, and achieve the energy saving and environmental protection. Phase change material (PCM) and auto sunshades were employed in this research. Two Nissan Cefiro cars (2000 c.c.) were used in the experiment, with the phase change material measuring 0.5cm (T) x 130cm (L) x 86cm (W) and weighing 9.1kg, placed into the interlayer in the upper part of the cars. Auto sunshades available in the market were also used. The experiment results showed that the temperature inside the car without sunshades can reach 53.6℃ at the maximum, while the temperature inside the one with sunshades can reach 49.3℃ at the maximum, for a difference of 4.3℃. However, the one with the phase change material will reach 42.2℃ at the maximum, 11.4℃ lower, a significant difference which proved that the phase change material can effectively lower the temperature inside the cars. Following these preliminary steps, both the phase change material and the sunshades were used. It was found that the highest temperature can reach 36.3℃, which was only 3℃ higher than that of the outdoors temperature. It proved that such an approach can more effectively insulate heat from entering cars than when the sunshades were solely used.
