離心扇式風扇性能和噪音改善

摘要


本文主要是針對直流三相無刷馬達運用於離心式散熱風扇中離之聲音品質作研究探討,並同時考慮風扇性能和扇葉結構強度的影響。藉由新架構PCB電子迴路及材料以薄型化設計概念進行設計,其中結合流體力學、熱傳導、振動學、電子學及電機機械原理,有助於更加瞭解離心式風扇之特性,並可作為筆記型電腦離心式散熱風扇設計之參考。從中設計出最佳高效能之薄型化直流馬達離心式散熱風扇,以符合時代產品輕薄短小之需求演進。

This article is mainly aims at the cocurrent three-phase not to brush the motor to utilize leaves the sound quality in the centrifugal-type radiation ventilator to make the research discussion, simultaneously and considers the ventilator performance and the fan blade structural strength influence. Carry on the design because of the new construction PCB electron return route and the material by the thin design concept, unifies the hydromechanics, the heat conduction, to inspire the kinematics, electronics and the electrical machinery mechanism, is helpful in even more understands characteristic of the centfriugal fan, And may take writes down reference of the computer centrifugal type radiation ventilator design. Designs the best high efficiency the thin direct-current motor centrifugal type radiation ventilator, conforms to the time product frivolous short demand evolution.
