機車自動怠速熄火零件耐久試驗

The Components Endurance Test for Motorcycle Under Automatic Idling Stop

摘要


本研究以實動機車引擎在實驗機台上反覆重覆啟動的測試方式,分析探討機車實施怠速熄火之啟動相關零件的耐久性測試,以提出零件可靠度之分析。測試重點零件為啟動馬達、啟動盤、電瓶,研究其耐久性及是否有其它相關零件在此試驗下會有影響。 結果顯示機車啟動零件若長期反覆啟動下,主要會損壞的部份為啟動馬達,因啟動馬達的碳刷磨耗情況呈線性磨耗,故其使用壽命為可預測且有一定的可靠性範圍。本次使用之實動機車引擎其啟動盤之設計為濕式離合器,經實驗反覆啟動引擎160,000次後,並無明顯損壞及磨耗情況,而電瓶在經實驗後,結果顯示若應用在實際機車使用情況下,可能反而有助電瓶壽命的增長。

This study investigated on the components endurance tests of motocycle under automatic idling-stop. The relevant parts were a real motorcycle engine and durability test machine in the experiment was a stage repeated start. The test parts of starting component were the starting motor, boot disk, spring and battery. The aims of this study were testing the durability and other related impacts of these parts. The test results showed that repeated prolonged motocycle start by start the next part, part of the main damage is to start the motor. Motor brush wear was due to start the linear wear of the situation, so the life of predictability and reliability of a certain range. The boot disk with wet clutch designs was used for the real motocycle of this used engine. There was no significant damage and wear of the experiment for 160,000 times starting. It showed that if the motocycle was used in the actual idling- stop situations, there might help the battery life.
