薄膜與多晶矽太陽能電池在獨立型充電器之性能評估

摘要


隨著綠色能源逐漸受到全球的關注,太陽能光電產業已逐漸在我國發展起來,然而太陽能電池不管是發電效率、發電量或面積均會因為其製作之材料不同而不同。因此本文主旨是在量測薄膜太陽能電池與多晶矽太陽能電池,在相同日照、仰角度、環境溫度底下透過獨立型充電器作一整體之系統評估,並且透過最大功率追蹤紀錄其整天發電量。此外本文以dsPIC30F 晶片來實現獨立型充電器並透過RS232 將測得之發電量傳回電腦作分析與比較。

With the increasing concern of green-energy over the world, solar PV industry has well developed in Taiwan. However, the materials in use for solar cells will make a difference in efficiency, capacity and cell size. Therefore, the primary target of this thesis is to measure what the differences between the poly-silicon and thin-film solar cells through an independent charger on the same solar power energy, angle of elevation and ambient conditions. An assessment of the whole working procedure of solar cells will be established by recording its maximum power generating capacity. Furthermore, this dsPIC30F Microchip achieves an independent-type electrical charge and measures the power capacity through the RS232 to make the analysis and comparison by a computer.
