以FPPA微控器產品開發優勢─以舞臺燈為例

摘要


本論文探討FPPA微控器進行產品開發之優勢。本論文內容將分別以FPPA微控器及傳統微控器分別應用在:舞臺燈及Power Inverter等不同領域,其結果顯示FPPA微控器較傳統微控器具有更多的優勢。 舞臺燈之系統架構為先使用整流電路將AC電源轉換成DC電源,在藉由返馳式轉換電路做電壓轉換,然後在將電壓輸出給LED模組,而為了保護LED模組,將選擇使用定電流電路來做保護。另外將分別使用FPPA微控制器及傳統微控制器,來做混光或調光的動作,並且藉由兩者的控制情形做一個比較。由結果可以知道,傳統微控器因為只有單一核心,所以在事件的處理或時間的切換上,必需要處理的相當的精細,否則容易出現問題。而FPPA微控器因為具有多核多工的能力,再加上擁有平行處理及即時反應的功能,所以在事件的處理或時間的切換上較為方便,並且容易控制。 Power Inverter之系統架構為先將輸入之低直流電壓,藉由推挽式轉換電路做升壓,在將升壓後的電壓輸送給全橋式轉換電路,經過全橋式轉換電路之後,輸出將變成交流電。而為了使輸出交流電壓穩定,所以使用迴授電路搭配微控器來控制全橋式轉換電路,另外在微控器的部份亦將分別使用FPPA微控器及傳統微控器來做控制。依實作之結果可以得知,傳統微控器在中斷事件發生時,如果中斷時間過長將影響到訊號的控制,導致輸出弦波受到影響,而FPPA微控器因為具有多核多工的功能,因此在中斷事件發生時,可以另外使用其它核心來處理,這樣就可以避免控制訊號受到影響,這是FPPA微控器較傳統微控器具有優勢的部份。

In this thesis, the advantages of FPPA microcontroller were studied. The content of the paper will be on the FPPA microcontrollers and traditional microcontrollers used in stage lights and power inverter, The results showed that compared with traditional microcontroller ,FPPA microcontroller has more advantages. The stage lights system, first, used ac transform dc for rectifier circuit, The flyback converter circuit by a voltage transform, Then the voltage output to the LED modules, Further, used the constant current circuit was protection LED modules. Another, will use the FPPA microcontroller and traditional microcontrollers, do color mixing and dimming, Then the control cases by the both make a comparison. The results, because tradition microcontroller only a single core, so in the event of processing or time switch need to very fine , otherwise prone to problems. The FPPA microcontroller has the multi-core function, and has parallel processing and instant reactions function, so in the event of processing or time switch is more convenient, and the easy to control. Usually, two steps were used in power inverter system. First, the low dc voltage was transfer to high dc voltage with push-pull circuit topology. Secondly, the high dc voltage was transfer to ac voltage via the full-bridgeconverter circuit. In order to make the output AC voltage for Stable, used the feedback circuit and microcontroller to control the full-bridge converter circuit, will use the FPPA microcontroller and traditional microcontrollers to control. In tradition microcontroller interrupt event occurs. If the interrupt time is too long will affect the signal control and affect the output sinusoidal. The FPPA microcontroller has the multi-core function, so the interrupt event occurs, can also use the other core to handle, can avoid the control signals are affected, this is the advantages of FPPA microcontroller.
