知識經濟的時代中,智慧資本取代勞力資本已成為企業最重要的資產,也越來越多的公司開始建立知識庫,來支援知識的變化,例如:員工知識、作業流程知識、人力資源管理知識或顧客知識等等。知識也是企業的一個核心,因此知識管理不僅可以提升企業的競爭優勢也可幫助企業提昇工作效率。 企業相互競爭激烈,為了在高度競爭的環境中下生存,應該掌握企業內部的重要資產,讓員工相互分享工作上之經驗,把經驗與工作流程儲存起來,即使是後來新進員工也能快速上軌道,知識將成為企業所重視的要素。但建置知識管理系統是需花很大的資金與時間,因此輔導員工接受新系統的產生、預算的控管等等都是建置時的風險。 本研究採用問卷的方式,藉由整合公司各部門之意見,利用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)以了解各部門對於建置系統的看法,協助企業評估建置知識管理系統之風險為何,並針對所評估的結果給予建議。
In the knowledge economy, to replace the intellectual capital to the labor-capital has become the most important issues of enterprises, and more and more companies begin to establish the knowledge base to support business management, such as: staff domain knowledge, the knowledge of operation procedure, human resource management knowledge or customer knowledge and so on. Knowledge is a core of business, so knowledge management can not only improve the competitive of enterprises can also enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises. In the highly competitive environment, knowledge will be the important elements of business. However, to build the knowledge management systems required to spend a lot of money and time, therefore, there are some risks exist in training the staff to accept the new system and to control budget. This study used a questionnaire approach, by integrating the views of the company's various departments, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to understand the views the risk of knowledge management system construction among different departments.
