關鍵資源與企業競爭優勢之研究─以管理顧問業為例

摘要


由於國際競爭環境及產業趨勢的轉變趨於知識化導向,企業間的競爭十分激烈,對管理顧問的需求與日俱增,因此,造就了以知識為主的管理顧問業的崛起,藉由管理顧問對經濟與產業趨勢的敏銳度,輔以成熟的企業經營診斷能力,為企業進行診斷、輔導、教育、提出策略、解決問題等,以協助企業出奇制勝。根據過去相關文獻發現,談到管理顧問業大多強調「知識」資源的重要性,然而,知識是否為其所倚賴的唯一關鍵資源,是否有其他關鍵資源可運用,這是本研究所主要探討的。 企業為一資源的整合體,在如此競爭的環境中,企業若想繼續生存,就必須創造或擁有競爭優勢,想要創造或擁有競爭優勢,必須擁有獨特而有價值的關鍵資源,因此,本研究以資源基礎理論的觀點出發,針對管理顧問業進行關鍵資源與企業競爭優勢的分析,試圖釐清管理顧問業本身所擁有的關鍵資源為何;而關鍵資源對於企業競爭優勢的重要性為何;不同規模的管理顧問公司對於本身擁有的關鍵資源與運用程度是否不同。期望能為管理顧問業找出資源的建構模式,並提高資源價值,強化競爭優勢,降低不必要的成本,進而達成目標。

Because the international competition environment and the industrial tendency transformation tends to the knowledge-based guidance, enterprise's competition is extremely intense, to manages consultant's demand to grow day by day, therefore, accomplished primarily has managed consultant's industry rising by the knowledge, because of managed consultant to the economical and the industrial tendency acuity, auxiliary managed the diagnosis ability by the mature enterprise, carried on the diagnosis, counseling, the education for the enterprise, proposed the strategy, solved the problem and so on, assisted the enterprise to defeat the enemy by a surprise attack. Discovered according to the past related literature that, talks about manages consultant the spare-time university to emphasize “the knowledge” the resources importance, however, knowledge whether for its relies only essential resources, whether has other essential resources to be possible to utilize, this is this research institute main discussion. The enterprise is a resources entire synthesis, in so competes in environment, enterprise if wants to continue to survive, must create or have the competitive advantage, the wish creation or has the competitive advantage, must have unique and the valuable essential resources, therefore, this research embarks by the resource base theory viewpoint, in view of manages consultant industry to carry on the essential resources and the enterprise competitive advantage analysis, why attempts the thousandth of a Yuan clear to manage the essential resources which consultant industry itself has; But essential resources regarding enterprise competitive advantage importance why; The different scale manages the consultant firm the essential resources and the utilization degree which has regarding itself is whether different. The expectation can for manage consultant industry to discover the resources the construction pattern, and enhances the resources value, the strengthening competitive advantage, reduces the nonessential cost, then achieves the goal.
