現在製造業的競爭越發激烈,傳統人工製造方式對於工廠已經逐漸無 法跟上客戶的需求與節奏,在這個需要質與量的時代,工廠導入資訊化是 無法避免的。目前我們從實務觀點要改善產品品質並使企業獲利,藉由減 少浪費與改善製程,進而提高生產效率是所有競爭性組織的罩門。本論文 是以具方向性之四線訊號接頭為個例分析,運用六何分析法以及六標準差 手法來改善製程不良率,並做案例分析,以 SPC 應用統計分析技術對生產 過程進行實時監控,且用科學的角度分析生產過程中產品質量的異常狀況, 對整體生產過程進行不良原因分析以及改善製程,減少不良率以及提出改 善方法提升生產績效。最後將全部資訊應用到自動化系統的規劃與設計。
Now the competition is getting fierce in the manufacturing sector, traditional manufacturing plant has been unable to keep up with customer demand and Cadence, in this era of need quantity and quality, plant import information cannot be avoided. We from the practical viewpoint in order to improve product quality and profit, by reducing waste and improving process, so as to improve production efficiency are all competitive organizations cover door. This papers is to with directional of four line signals joint for case analysis, using six what analysis method and six standard deviation technique to improved business drive bad rate, and do case analysis,to SPC application statistics analysis technology on production process for real-time monitoring, and with science of angle analysis production process in the produced quality volume of exception status, on overall production process for bad reasons analysis and improved business drive, reduced bad rate and proposed improved method upgrade production performance. Finally, all the information is applied to planning and design of the automatic system.
