面對大陸紅色供應鏈的崛起、全球化的採購競爭趨勢及各國貨幣大戰的延燒,除了創新研發與核心技術的提升外,其人力資源的妥善管理與企業競爭力密不可分。在競爭日趨激烈下,於全球汽車供應鏈扮演重要角色的台灣製造業管理者,如何帶領員工共同為企業的永續經營努力,使員工以最佳的工作態度、認同公司、樂在工作,激發他們對組織的承諾是現今極為重要的課題。 本研究以一台灣汽車安全氣囊零件製造廠A公司員工為研究對象,探討其主管領導型態及員工工作態度對工作績效之相互影響關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,共回收有效問卷共計284份;採相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法來進行研究分析。研究結果顯示,主管領導型態及員工工作態度均顯著正向影響工作績效。其中主管領導型態中,以授權關懷型領導型態相較於權威嚴厲型領導型態對工作績效有較大之影響;而員工工作態度中以工作滿意相較於組織認同及工作認同對工作績效有較大之影響。因此主管採授權關懷之領導型態加上提升員工工作滿意度將可有效提升工作績效以增進企業競爭力。
Faced with the rise of mainland red supply chain and global competitive trends, employees become important assets in any given enterprise. Besides of creative research and core technology, the well management of human resources is inseparable with company competitiveness. With the competitive market, Taiwan manufacturing managers being the important part of global automobile supply chain, how can employees work with the best attitude and happiness, also being led to work effectively with enterprise is the most important lesson of top management. This research aimed to explore the relevance of leadership style, employees work attitude and job performance. And the research is based on questionnaires. A total of 284 questionnaires were collected from an automotive airbag parts enterprise in Taiwan for correlation and regression analysis. The results showed leadership style has effects toward job performance. In kinds of leadership styles, care leadership style has more positive effects than authorization leadership styles. And for the employees’ working attitude, compared to enterprise identification, job satisfactions have more effects to job performances. Therefore, managers who take care leadership and plus improve employee job satisfaction will effectively promote the job performance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
