摘要


本論文提出高分子結合軟式微影技術,以布拉格光柵理論為基礎,製作高分子布拉格光柵及翻模,並將此繞射光柵元件配合複製成形,軟性印刷、毛細管成形技術之微接觸成形與技術製作OG高分子繞射光柵模仁,會以這種方式是因為其方法具有製程容易且成本較低,光耗損少等優點。研究中是以光學測量等方法觀察與原子顯微鏡掃描式電子顯微鏡之紀錄實驗之結果,並研究探討其光學傳輸特性可由光譜分析儀(OSA)所測量得知。
