超音波塑膠熔接機電氣安全之研究

摘要


桌上型可攜式超音波熔接機為輕便型式,適用於超音波熔接教學或塑膠熔接產品小量生產使用。目前此熔接加工機在使用之機體使用安全尚未完善;本研究係對機體上電源線、傳輸線、保險絲、接線盒等之絕緣及耐電流、耐電壓、機體發熱阻絕等用電安全及防護,包括熔接機外殼與零件具潛在性危險的移動或旋轉元件、物體等安全防護之探討,以符合使用安全之原則。 探討一般電器產品的安全設計首要避免使用時發生危險的必要的防護;防護材料選用必須化性安定,具機械強度。由於設備之精密化、自動化,使得人們疏忽了用電的安全;有些電氣方面的危害是使用者所造成的,操作者在使用電氣設備時,常因使用上的疏忽或電器設備的使用、維護不良或設備本質之不安全而發生電氣災害事故,導致人員傷亡及財物損失。 針對超音波熔接機總電源電源導線部份,以熔接試驗檢測出耗用電流量,與目前超音波熔接機使用電源導線規格比較,參考電工法規之規定標準,算出目前電源導線的電流使用安全係數及探討電源導線線徑適用性。 對超音波產生器,以熔接試驗檢測出過電流保險絲流通電流量,分別為排風扇保險絲流通電流量,熔接作業保險絲流通電流量,總電源保險絲流通電流量,以試驗的數據與目前機體所安裝之保險絲做比較之探討。 對目前超音波熔接機在於避免電氣短路,過載斷電與隔離方式及阻隔因電線發熱高溫導致產生電氣火災的探討。 對超音波產生器,以控制散熱風扇動作來試驗檢測出機體運轉產生熱之消散與機體運轉產生熱之傳導效能做比較之探討。 就超音波產生器機殼包覆隔熱板,以溫昇實驗證實隔熱板有絕佳隔熱效果,就熔接機施以隔熱防護的措施探討。 在操作熔接機時,容易會施力方向不當的側向分力致使熔接機傾倒問題分析研擬改善對策。 就熔接機其本體之電氣與機械性安全部份的缺失探討研擬後續的改善對策與建議事項。

Discussing the ultrasonic welding machine power supply conductors part, to splice the test detects the consumed amount of current, ultrasonic welding machine power wire size comparison, the reference to the provisions of the electrical code standards to calculate the power wire current safety factor and explore the the power wire diameter applicability. Discussing the Ultrasonic generator to weld test detected current fuse circulation the amount of current, respectively. Fuse flow of the amount of current row the fan fuse circulation the amount of current, the the welding job fuse circulation amount of current, the total power to do comparison of experimental data with the current body installed fuse. Discussing the Ultrasonic welding machine is to avoid electrical short circuit, overload power failure and isolation and barrier wire fever high temperature resulted in an electrical fire . Discussing the Ultrasonic generator to control the cooling fan action test detected the conduction of heat is dissipated and the body heat generated by the operation of performance do comparison of the functioning. Discussing the Ultrasound generator chassis coated insulation panels, insulation panels have excellent insulation effect on the welding machine to impose the insulation protection measures explore temperature experiment confirmed. Discussing the Operating a welding machine, easy to force improper direction of the lateral force component resulting in welding machine dumping problem analysis to develop improvement measures. Welding machine to its lack of most the electrical and mechanical safety to explore develop subsequent improvement measures and recommendations.
