改善傳統鑰匙之研究

本研究計畫範圍為利用Radio Frequency Identification建置整套飯店管理系統架構，包含主架構分析，系統軟體及硬體需求分析，並包含R.F.I.D.硬體設備低階語言轉換連接到後端人事考勤系統軟體的應用程式介面，用Visual Basic 6.0寫出此API 應用程式介面 (Application Program Interface)。即為此篇論文主題，並開發程式語言，連接到飯店員工人事考勤這領域。本篇論文以無線射頻身分識別系統(Radio Frequency Identification簡稱 R.F.I.D.)及陽極鎖，為實驗研究鎖具，探討國際五星級飯店主管、各樓層、房間，用傳統鑰匙開啟機械門鎖系統改用無線射頻管理系統信號輸出之差異，透過利用電腦程式語言控制，達到鑰匙系統整體規劃，進一步提升房客的隱私及安全管理。其中包含安全等級，各個樓層維安等級，總統套房及閣樓之特殊管理，門房服務生、管家及房屋清潔人員的配置，如何透過科學的控管，有效率且精準的處理客戶(入住飯店客人)問題。如果客人睡得比較晚，而清掃房間的人員，並不知情將房門打開，對客人是相當無禮，而除了總統套房或較高等級房間，我們可以安排專人伺候，若每間房間皆要靠人力記憶或控管，必定會常常聽到跟客人的道歉聲，我想在一間國際五星級的飯店是不該容許這種事情發生。
