螺旋傘齒輪裝配公差之研究

摘要


齒輪零件是各種機器和設備中應用最為廣泛的動力傳遞,具有傳動確實、高精密、高效率等優點。本文以螺旋傘齒輪為主要探討對象,且螺旋傘齒輪組在實際的裝配中,發生裝配公差是難以避免的,而裝配公差會直接對齒輪組的傳動造成影響,因此,探討裝配公差對傳動誤差的影響是必要的。本文應用C++視窗程式計算出螺旋傘齒輪真實齒面,匯入Pro/ENGINEER軟體建構三維模型,再將模型匯入HyperMesh前處理器進行有限元素模型網格劃分、齒輪材料性質設定、局部座標系設定、邊界條件設定等,最後藉由LS-DYNA顯式動力學有限元素分析軟體進行分析求解運算,計算出齒輪對之齒面接觸應力,與AGMA計算結果做一比對,並探討齒輪組在具有不同裝配公差的因素下對傳動誤差曲線之影響,並藉由快速傅立葉轉換(FAST FOURIER TRANSFORM;FFT)將傳動誤差曲線轉換為頻譜,以瞭解其振動頻率響應之特性,提出調整方案,對於提高齒輪設計、製造、裝配有極大幫助。

This article take the spiral bevel gear as the main discussion object, in the actual assembly, has the assembly tolerance is avoids with difficulty, but the assembly tolerance can the direct counter gears transmission have the influence, therefore, the discussion assembly tolerance to the transmission error influence is necessary. This article applies the HyperMesh preprocessor to carry on the limited element model grid division, the gear material nature hypothesis, the partial coordinate system hypothesis, the boundary condition supposes the grade, finally carries on the analysis solution operation because of the LS-DYNA explicit dynamics limited ultimate analysis software, calculates the gear to it tooth face contact stress, does with the AGMA computed result one compared to, and discusses the gear cluster in to have under the different assembly tolerance factor to influence the transmission curve of error, and transforms because of FFT the transmission curve of error into the frequency response, understands characteristic of its vibration frequency response.
