具雷射測距功能之瞄準鏡光機系統整合設計研究

摘要


本研究是以望遠鏡光學與雷射光學共用光軸架構為研究基礎,並以實驗數據為依據,改善原先雷射光學共用望遠鏡光軸架構的光學設計缺失以及機構設計缺失。再藉由2D CAD及3D PRO/ENGINEER套裝設計分析軟體協助,進行系統光機整合設計分析,最後製作成品模型,並對該模型系統機能進行檢測與驗證。最後將成品模型與SWAROVSKI光學公司提出的產品分析比較。 研究後發現,本研究所設計的雷射瞄準鏡之新對物系統與同軸雷射光學系統配合瞄準鏡的光機設計架構,其光學機能與機構機能有較佳的測距能力,且成品模型重量與體積比SWAROVSKI產品較小且較輕,產品價格上,更是便宜。雖部分性能略減,但是符合使用者需要,成品模型較具市場優越性。

This study is researched on the shared optical axis of the binocular optical and laser’s. And, the experiment data improves the design errors of the previous common used optical architecture of the binocular and laser. Integrate the optical engine design analysis and to make molding product as well as to inspect and verify its system functionality through the aid of 2D CAD or 3D RO/ENGINEER package analysis software. Then, compare the molding product with Swarovski’s production. From this study, the optical engine design architecture of the new objective system of the Laser Riflescope as well as laser optics and riflescope’s optical axis common used laser optical system to contribute better ranging performance from its optical and mechanism features. Besides, its weight and size are less than Swarovski’s. For the price, it is much cheaper. Even though its functions are slightly less, it satisfies user’s need. The molded product will have much market dominance.
