諧波特性對變壓器之磁場及熱傳影響與分析

摘要


近年來由於產業快速升級,大量精密設備被廣泛的使用,而變壓器在設備的輸配電系統中扮演著電力轉換與聯絡的工作,由於電力電子元件的大量使用,造成輸入電源變成為非線性,它會污染市電電源產生諧波。電力系統中若有諧波成分時,將導致變壓器銅損與鐵損之增加,進而使鐵芯溫度上升,可能造成電力設備或儀器之破壞或誤差動作。 本論文利用有限元素軟體ANSYS針對內鐵式變壓器 施加理想電壓源和施加不同的電壓源與諧波電源,在加入不同的諧波信號探討對變壓器內部溫度的分佈情形,了解諧波電壓對變壓器內部電磁場及熱傳的影響,將正弦波與諧波作討論分析,探討其中的差異性。可作為變壓器設計製作參考者之依據,有助於提升整體運作效率及使用壽命。

Nowadays, due to the face that the industry grows swiftly, lots of precise machines are used extensively. Among the components, the Transformer plays a pivotal role of electric transform and contact in electric system. Owing to the widespread use of the power electronics components, the input become nonlinear. However, it will make power supply polluted when city power generates Harmonic. Once Power system contains Harmonic, it will inevitably contribute to Transformer core loss well as iron loss. Meanwhile, it will also and make the temperature of core rises, bringing about the mistakes and inaccuracies of power equipment and instrument. This thesis analyzes the inner temperature of Transformers by adding different voltage source and different Harmonic voltage Signals. We use ANSYS to analyze and make a study of the interactions of with electromagnetic field and Thermal of inner Transformers. What we want to discuss is the difference between sinusoidal wave and Harmonic. This thesis can provide engineers some reference resources, benefiting the improving of functional efficiency and the prolonging lifespan of productions.
