本文主要分析X-RAY鑽靶機C型手臂部位與鑽頭部分的暫振現象,鑽軸及C型手臂由一個伺服馬達傳動之X方向平台載動,此動作主要為CCD取像以及取像完成後移至鑽孔位之動作,利用ADAMS動態模擬軟體,分析鑽靶機X平台,從CCD取像完成後,X平台移至鑽孔位的運動情形。 本研究先以3D CAD軟體繪出整個鑽靶機結構,針對探討零件部份,使用有限元素軟體Hypermesh作柔性體的轉換,最後以動態模擬軟體ADAMS模擬鑽靶機平台之運動過程,藉由ADAMS動態模擬軟體,模擬出鑽靶機平台停止時鑽頭的暫振時間,藉由此分析模擬,可了解到平台在移動到結束時,是否有產生暫振現象,如發生暫振現象,需要多久時間,暫振現象才開始趨近於零,以及何時才可以開始進行CCD鏡頭的取像作業。
A procedure is about analysis Flutter of X-RAY drill machine , The first part is use the 3D cad software Inventor to build the X-RAY drill machine model, the second part is use the other cad software to help import the file to CAE software and ADAMS to simulation and analysis ,use the CAE software Hypermesh to transform the important part rigid to flexible , the point is about when CCD camera finish image catch , and move to drilling position to prepare drilling PCB board , simulation this step have any flutter appear , and how much time the flutter close to zero , it will decide when CCD can begin catch image
