可多組柔順化調光輸出之冷光板驅動器

摘要


本論文主要研製可多組柔順化調光輸出之冷光板驅動器,市面上的冷光板驅動器,大多以單組調光輸出,對於多組調光輸出在自主控制上明顯不足;在冷光板驅動方面,因冷光板屬於電容性負載,在充電時,電壓瞬間變化會產生較大電流,造成元件損害。此外,充電時間的長短也會影響冷光板的調光效果。因此本論文以全橋換流和三極交流開關(Tri-electrode AC Switch, Triac)控制諧振電路,以驅動多組冷光板達到獨立控制,亦改善驅動時所產生的瞬間電流和調光效果,且以零電壓切換減少開關損失。最後,完成實驗電路根據實驗結果驗證這項理論分析。

This thesis presents design and implementation of a electro luminescent(EL) panel driver with smooth dimming multi-output. The EL panel drivers on the market mostly output into a single dimming. The output of multiple dimming is obviously not enough in the autonomous control. In the charging, the voltage transient will produce a larger current and cause damage to components. Moreover, the time of charging will affect the EL panel dimming effect. Therefore, this paper claims full-bridge converter and Tri-electrode AC Switch(Triac) control the resonant circuit. Using independent control achieves the goal of EL panel driver. It also easily improves the instantaneous electric current and the result of dimming when driving. The zero-voltage switching(ZVS) reduces the loss to the switch. Finally,experimental results with prototype circuit are provided to verify the analysis.
