具通風功能智慧型直流變頻排油煙機驅動器之研製

摘要


排油煙機在非烹飪時間則是完全閒置不用的狀態,甚為可惜。若可利用其與排風機相似之構造,增設溫度感測裝置,擁有排風效果,將可維持室內舒適的溫度,達到一機兩用的目的。本文研製一具通風功能的變頻排油煙機,以溫度感測元件依室溫的變化,來調變轉速,可有效因應溫度變化達到排風的功用,並具有排油煙機多段調速功能。本論文所使用的MCU為Microchip dsPIC30F4011,主要職司馬達驅動所需之變頻,並配合電路設計,使本驅動器能有效驅動直流無刷馬達。

Rang hood is complete idle during the non-cook time, it is a pity. If it is able to use the similar structure of exhaust fan, to add a temperature sensing device with the function of ventilation, which will keep the room at a comfortable temperature and make the machine become a dual-purpose machine. The paper has developed an intelligent DC inverter range hood with the function of ventilation. The temperature sensing element of the range hood will adjust the speed of revolution automatically in accordance with the room temperature changes. It could effectively accomplish the ventilation by the temperature changes and it also has the same multi-segment speed regulation function as the common range hood. In this paper, MCU with the type of dsPIC30F4011 is adopted. The dsPIC30F4011 can perform frequency conversion by motor driving, and coordinated with circuit design to enable this driver to effectively brushless DC motor.
