摘要


商業模式描述企業如何向顧客提供產品和服務,並獲取利潤,也就是企業如何賺錢的方式;因此商業模式創新對企業之競爭力扮演關鍵性的角色,建構一套商業模式創新的方法與步驟有其必要性。 近年來,由於不斷發生食品安全的問題,導致大眾對於農產品安全的關注,進而引發大量購買驗證農產品的需求;然而驗證農產品除透過特定的銷售管道外,卻無法在最接近顧客、佔農產品最大銷售量的傳統市場中銷售。有鑑於此,本研究建構一套商業模式創新的具體方法與步驟,並實際運用在傳統市場中,希望傳統市場導入驗證農產品的商業模式創新可以突破傳統市場無法成功販售驗證農產品的瓶頸。 本研究經過以人為本精神的設計思考,資料收集、觀察、訪談、與團隊匯智等步驟,研擬出一套在傳統市場販售驗證農產品的創新商業模式,以供參考。

Business model describes the way of providing product and service to customer and earn profit, i.e.; how to make money. Therefore, business model innovation plays an important role for the competitiveness of an organization and it is necessary to establish the methods and steps of the business model innovation. In recent years, the food safety issues cause the outcry of general public for the safety of the agricultural products and the growing need for the certified agricultural products. However, the certified agricultural products can only access through some specific channels but not the traditional markets which contains majority of the trading of the agricultural products. Because of this, in this study, methods and steps of a business model innovation have been established and applied into traditional markets. Hopefully, after applying the business model innovation of the certified agricultural products the general public can access those products easily through the traditional markets. In this study, “design thinking” which is based on human-centered design has been used to collect data, observe, interview, and brain storming to establish the methods and steps of the business model innovation.
