新式太空包袋式培養基液態接菌製程中,太空包袋口之棉花皆以人工方式進行填塞及取放操作。然而在市場競爭及成本考量下,若能採用自動化設備之設計以降低人工成本,將可為太空包液態接菌技術帶來穩定品質與提高生產利潤。因此,本文目的在設計一種太空包袋式培養基液態接菌製程中所需之棉花取放模組及其他相關機構。本設計之棉花取放模組其功能包含裝有培養基質太空包之袋口棉花取放機構、籃子與袋式太空包之定位裝置及一導正機構。針對該設計功能進行測試後,結果顯示棉花取放模組之設計確實能夠大幅降低人力成本,並且在棉花重量為0.5克(±10%)時,其取放功能測試結果為最佳。本創新研究之自動化製程設備模組可提高生產作業效率,達到以自動化生產降低人力成本,減少接菌過程之人為因素造成的雜菌汙染,進而提高菇類產業競爭力成為市場競爭之優勢。
In the novel bag packaged substrates of liquid inoculation processes, the pickup/plug-in operations of cotton from the open ring cap of the bag were always by manually means. However, due to market competition and cost considerations, using automatic machine design to reduce labor cost will be able to bring stability to improve production quality and generate more profit of liquid inoculation processes for bag packaged substrates. Therefore, this study aims to design a pickup/plug-in module and other relevant mechanism for bag packaged of liquid inoculation processes. The design of the pickup/plug-in module include a pickup/plug-in mechanism for cotton in the open ring cap of bag packaged substrates, positioning mechanism of bag package and a guide mechanism of the open ring cap. After the test, the results show the pickup/plug-in module indeed achieves significantly reduce labor costs. When the weight is 0.5 grams cotton (± 10%), results of pickup/plug-in function test is best. Innovative and automatic mechanism of this research can improve the efficiency of production operations, to reduce labor costs with automated production, reducing bacterial contamination from human factors during inoculation process, thus improving the competitiveness of the market mushroom industry competitive advantage.
