不同車種之車輛煞車力與使用年份相關性之研究

本論文之目的為車輛煞車力道分配至四輪之研究，並找出最大煞車力之參數組合及曲線方程式。以研究的觀點來看，則希望將標準差、平均數分析應用至國內車輛使用狀態，探討國內車輛煞車力老化時間並降低煞車力不足之危險。本研究使用煞車力測試器，進行一連串的煞車力實驗，經標準差、平均數分析後，選擇車輛行駛里程數、出廠年份與廠牌為變異數，利用STDEV分析。探討改變不同的控制因子，如車重與里程數，在不同的使用年限下，對於煞車性能的影響。研究最大煞車力曲線較原計算車重百分之五十最高煞車力曲線平緩，代表最佳參數組合在所有車種的煞車力輸出皆優於原始煞車力輸出。研究結果獲得的車輛最大煞車力之參數組合及曲線方程式，未來可提供最大煞車力模式校正之參考及車輛設計製作時之參考數據。

The purpose of this paper is a vehicle brake force distribution to the wheel of research and find out what combination of parameters and maximum braking force curve of the equation. To the point of view of the study, the average number of analytical applications want to use the state of the domestic vehicle to explore the domestic vehicle braking force aging time and reduce the risk of inadequate braking force. In this study, the brake force tester, a series of braking force experiments, by analysis of variance, select the vehicle mileage, year of manufacture and the brand of STDEV using STDEV analysis. The variation of various control factors such as vehicle weight and mileage at different useful lives, the performance of the brake. The maximum braking force curve of this study fifty percent higher than the maximum braking force heavy gentle curve to calculate the original car, represent the best combination of parameters in the braking force output of all types of vehicles are better than the original brake force output. Parametric equations and curves combination vehicles findings obtained maximum braking force, the future can provide a reference model and vehicle maximum braking force correction of the reference data of the design time.
