運用語意網與DBpedia建構政府開放資料語意推論平台基於雲端運算

摘要


在公開透明化政府潮流的驅使下,開放政府資料(open government data,簡稱OGD)近幾年已經成為一項重要的議題,藉由網際網路的便利性,政府單位逐漸將大量資料開放提供民眾使用。目前台灣在政府資料開放平臺 上已經存放超過二萬七千筆的資料集,可以使用關鍵字及分類搜尋資料集,然而手動過濾資料集可能費時,所取得的資訊較為片面,並且不易取得相同領域的資料集,以及資料集之間關聯性。本研究整合語意網技術與雲端運算並結合DBpedia,提出DBpedia雲端運算架構(DBpedia cloud computing framework,簡稱DCCF),採用語意網技術分析資料集,並擷取資料集詞彙再鏈結至DBpedia加強語意的描述,使電腦能夠分辨資料集本身所包含的意義,接著建立Hadoop結合Spark運算架構,藉由分散式雲端運算的特性,提升執行Jena運算相關性資料集推論的效率,最後針對不同雲端運算推論架構進行效能測試。本研究以提供查詢政府資料開放資料集清單為例,驗證本研究所提出DCCF建置開放政府資料推薦平臺(OGD recommendation platform,簡稱OGDRP),提供使用者查詢資料集並主動推薦相關資料集,再以圖形的方式顯示資料集的脈絡。

In recent years, open government data (OGD) has become a crucial topic and is driven by the trend for transparency in government. Government departments have shared large amounts of information on the internet for public use. Currently, there are more than 27,000 data sets available on the Government Data Open Platform in Taiwan. Keywords and categories can be used to search these data sets. However, manual searches are time-consuming and unlikely to identify relationships between data sets. In this paper, we combine DBpedia with semantic web technology that is based on cloud computing to propose the DBpedia cloud computing framework (DCCF). Semantic web technology is employed to analyze a data set by extracting words from it and linking them to DBpedia so that the framework can determine the meaning of the data set. We also utilized Hadoop and Spark, using distributed cloud computing architecture to improve the efficiency of Jena reasoning. Finally, we tested the performance of different cloud computing inference architectures. In this study, the OGD recommendation platform (OGDRP) was constructed to demonstrate the feasibility of the DCCF. The OGDRP enables users to query data sets, automatically recommends relevant data, and graphically displays the context of data sets.
