在不斷要求高精度且自動化的製造業中,每項加工技術都扮演著重要的角色,其中鏟花因可消除世代誤差故佔有不可缺少的地位,然而大部分的鏟花作業仍停留在人工加工的方式進行。 本文之目標是發展一個PC-Based運動控制器整合往復式鏟花機構裝置於三軸移動平台工具機後,透過Visual Studio軟體開發出人機介面程式作為控制,以及提出分層規劃運算方式,將控制往復式鏟花機構的進給量與編譯加工路徑,另外,透過三角雷射掃描完工件後,可得知工件的高低點分布情形。經由程式針對移除的量加以分層繪圖規畫出鏟花加工較佳的路徑,使用設定的自動化鏟花加工系統控制方式,目標定位結束完成,程式再啟動往復式鏟花機構進行花紋與深度的鏟花加工,建立一台具有機電整合系統之自動鏟花工具機。
In the present manufacturing industry, it requires high precision and automation for every manufacture process. Among those processes, the scrap technology plays an important role to eliminate accumulated tolerance. However by now, most of the scrap works are still operated manually. The objective of this research is to develop a PC-based automatic scarping mechanism which mounted on an existing machine tool. Through Visual Studio software, a C-language computer program developed here to automatically determine layered scraping path and scarping depth of the work-piece before motion, and then generates a series of command to both scarping mechanism and machine tool to process the layered scraping operation. Meanwhile, a triangulation laser is mounted on the scarping mechanism to probe work-piece surface condition, before and after processing.
