直線型吹瓶機開關模之凸輪連桿機構設計

摘要


直線式吹瓶機之開關模動作為往復直線式,以連桿機構作為動力傳輸裝置,其模座之兩側側模之開合是由一組凸輪連桿機構來進行連動控制,藉由馬達帶動凸輪機構即可達到吹瓶的要求,其凸輪的運動特性影響了寶特瓶製程的穩定性。 本研究利用向量迴路法推導出各個桿件之運動關係,計算各桿件之位置、速度以及加速度,並以開關模執行MT曲線逆向分析各桿件之運動狀態,再以MATLAB進行凸輪輪廓設計,發現運動曲線有很大的急跳度,凸輪接合的不圓順。因此,改以順向方式進行機構之運動分析,先以凸輪搖擺從動件以擺線及MT曲線運動,順向分析連桿機構各桿件之運動狀態。並以SolidWorks Motion進行模擬與分析,驗證所設計之凸輪可達到吹瓶機開關模所訂定的條件,最後選用擺線曲線為較佳的運動曲線。

The motion of open/close mode of linear blow molding machine is reciprocating linear motion. Cam- linkage mechanism is used to be power transmission device for linear blow molding machine. Two side modes are driven to open and close by this cam-linkage mechanism. Cam profile and motion of flower are the important factors which will affect the stability of. linear blow molding machine. This thesis, the vector loop method is used to analysis the position, velocities, and accelerations of the links of cam-linkage mechanism. First, the reverse kinematics is applied for two side modes having MT motion. In this reversed kinematics, we find the cam profile is not smoothly. Hence the solution of cam profile from reverse kinematics is not a good design. Then, the forward kinematics is applied, the motions of the following is required to have MS and MT motions. The maximum acceleration of. two side modes for MS motion is less than follower with MT motion. Hence, we choose the function of follower with MS motion is the better design.
