雲端運算是近年來的新興服務,雲端儲存服務是個人雲服務中最核心的服務之一,被預測將可能取代個人電腦成為個人資料儲存的核心。在智慧型裝置普及後,智慧型手機成了幫助使用者隨時隨地進入雲端的入口。 為探討影響使用者在智慧型手機使用雲端儲存服務使用意願之因素,本研究以科技接受整合理論(UTAUT)與任務科技配適理論(TTF)為基礎發展出研究架構,並採用結構方程模式(Structural equation modeling, SEM)來進行驗證。本研究以曾經使用過雲端儲存服務之使用者為研究對象,透過問卷調查法共收集有效樣本190份。 研究結果顯示僅績效期望對於行為意圖有正向顯著影響,努力期望、社會影響、有利條件皆無顯著的影響,而在任務特性、科技特性對於任務科技配適度,以及任務科技配適程度對於行為意圖結果皆有正向顯著影響。
Cloud computing is an emerging service in recent years, especially cloud storage is one of important personal cloud services. It is expected that cloud storage will substitute personal computers as the primary way to access/store personal data. As smart devices (e.g., notebooks, tablets, and smartphone) adoption increases, these devices help users access/store cloud data anytime, anyplace via the Internet. This study aimed to investigate the influence of various factors on the behavioral intention towards cloud storage service with smartphone including task characteristic, technology characteristic, task-technology fit, performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and facilitating conditions. A theoretical model was derived based upon previous studies and two theories (unified theory of acceptance and use of Technology and task-technology fit theory), and eight hypotheses were proposed to examine the relationships between factors. For testing these hypotheses, a quantitative research method with internet survey was utilized for collecting data from 190 respondents. After analyzing the collected data by confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation modeling with AMOS, the result shows that task characteristic, technology characteristic, task-technology fit, and performance expectations has significantly positive impact on behavioral intention.
