使用NON-BAR檢測系統於五軸CNC工具機動態參數設定技術之研究

摘要


五軸工具機的誤差主要包括動態誤差、靜態誤差,在五軸同動時,三個線性軸與兩個旋轉軸伺服匹配所產生的暫態與穩態誤差將會在本研究中進行討論。 本研究係利用市面上已銷售之檢測用具NON-BAR檢測出工具機動態時所產生的伺服誤差,以調整工具機內部參數修改伺服速度並判斷之誤差項,並遵循ISO/CD 10791-6之K2路徑檢測規範即可檢測出三維的誤差及動態誤差,並觀察工具機特定誤差項,即可調整控制器參數達到匹配。經由ISO路徑規範檢測及嘗試調整控制器之速度前饋(Feedforward)、進給率(Feedrate)、加速度(acceleration)及加加速度(jerk、急衝速度),並觀察其誤差項,例如調整速度前饋參數會影響暫態誤差的大小,調整進給速率的快慢則會影響輪廓誤差和暫態誤差的大小...等,並利用圖表判別所調整參數之影響變化,使其工具機的暫態響應與穩態響應調整到效能較好的匹配,已提升工具機性能。

Five-axis machine tool errors include dynamic error and static error,This article will explore the servo which resulting transient and steady state error when five-axis moving at the same time . Following the ISO ISO / CD 10791-6 specification of K2 path to detect dynamic error of machine tools and then to adjust controller parameters with Feedforward、Feedrate、Acceleration and Jerk.It’s will be observe a specific error of machine tools which can effect the transient or contouring error...etc, Finally, Using the chart to determine the dynamic error, so that the performance will be improvement.
