本研究旨在探討組織文化、領導風格、工作滿意度、組織承諾及離職傾向之間關係。本研究根據所通過發放問卷搜集資料的統計分析結果進行解釋與推論。本研究所收回的總共154份完整問卷由在越南胡志明市的臺商服務業之越南員工填寫的。於此研究,多元迴歸被視為主要研究統計方法。分析結果指明組織文化與領導風格、工作滿意度及組織承諾有著顯著的正向影響;領導風格亦與工作滿意度及組織承諾有著顯著的正向關係;同時工作滿意度與組織承諾也有著顯著的正向關係。值得一提的是本研究結果已指出組織文化、領導風格、工作滿意度及組織承諾與離職傾向有著正向影響。此結果幾乎與大多數研究結果極為不同。
This study examines the relationships among organizational culture, leadership styles, job satisfaction, organizational commitment as well as determinants of turnover intention of employees. The findings were based upon the statistical analysis results from 154 Vietnamese employees working in Taiwan-based firms in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Results show that organizational culture has significantly positive effects on leadership styles, job satisfaction, organizational commitment; leadership styles also have the significantly positive effects on employees’ satisfaction to job and commitment to organization; and job satisfaction also positively impacts on organizational commitment. The result also indicates that organizational culture, leadership styles, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the significantly positive determinants of turnover intention.
