拉式生產工作站處理時間變異影響分割在製品數決定之研究

摘要


現今製造業生產環境中,可見到各式各樣的生產方式。在產業裡最常見到的推式與拉式的生產控制程序,一種為先製造後銷售的存貨式生產,另一種是以顧客需求為導向,利用生產看板向上游提取零件的生產方式,也就是目前該用多少零件,就向上游傳遞需求訊息,上游再往下送物料的方式。越來越多的製造業逐步的改用此種拉式生產型態,一方面節省時間,另一方面節省儲存成本。因此專家學者也就針對此種生產型態深入研究,引伸出多種改良型的拉式生產系統。本研究將針對生產線工作站中的處理時間變異程度情境與設定分割型固定在製品數的關聯,深入探討這二者相互關係,而本研究將在製品的分割排列組合與工作站之處理時間變異情境導入電腦模擬中,找出工作站之處理時間變異程度大小與分割型固定在製品投料數的相互關連,再使用電腦模擬所輸出的數據來分析各種不同情境需要設定的在製品數的分割型態,結論提出工作站之處理時間變異情境與分割型在製品數設置,而研究發現工作站處理時間變異程度小的情境,必需搭配較少的在製品數,如此才能夠使產出水準提昇。

Nowadays, there are a great variety of processing methods in the manufacturing industries. Push and pull production are the two most popular ones which are frequently used to control the production process. While the former refers to a produce-and–trade approach as a make-to-stock strategy, the latter is customer-oriented in which the amount of materials is provided according to how much the customers need. Recently, manufacturing researches increasingly adopt pull production for the advantages of both time-saving and cost-saving in stock. Moreover, research into the pull production method also resulted in various innovative pull production systems. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the variations of workstation processing time and the decision on the WIP number settings in segmented CONWIP line. The computer simulation was conducted to study the relationship between the variations of workstation processing time and the WIP number settings. Various segmented work-in-process number was analyzed and decided according to the output from the computer simulation. Results show that the smaller the variation of workstation processing time is, the fewer segmented work-in-process number should be. This study proposes how to decide segmented work-in-process number based on the variations of workstation processing time and hope to enhance the effectiveness of production process.
