基於光體積變化描述圖之可攜式心跳紀錄儀與變異率分析系統

摘要


本論文提出一個利用光體積變化量測方法,實現一台可攜式分析變異率之分析系統,利用人體組織對光源有不同程度的吸收度,使用紅光660nm紅外光940nm量測出血氧濃度與血氧波,其中的血氧波在分析心率變異時,先運算出波峰到波峰之間的距離,得到非等距的R-R interval波,本系統使用Berger演算法,將非等距的R-R interval波重新取樣得到等距區間的R-R interval波,在分析的方是本系統使用頻域的分析方法,將等距的R-R interval波做傅立葉轉換,再做頻譜分析。

This paper proposes a portable variability analysis system using the measurement method of light volumetric changes. The absorbance of human tissues for light sources is different, thus 660 nm red light and 940 nm infrared light were used to measure the blood oxygen concentration and blood oxygen wave. When the blood oxygen wave was used to analyze heart rate variability, the interval between wave crests should be calculated first to obtain non-isometric R-R interval waves. This system used the Berger algorithm and resampled the non-isometric R-R interval waves to obtain isometric R-R interval waves. Frequency domain analysis was used in this system in which spectral analysis was made after the Fourier transformation of isometric R-R interval waves.
