記憶體模組廠設備維護知識管理之研究

摘要


設備成本一直在模組記憶體產業成本中佔有重要的比例,因此做好設備維護管理以提升生產效能,已成為該產業生產管理的首要目標。透過對設備持續的監控以確保機台處於適用的狀態,不但可避免對產品品質、交期及成本造成的影響,更可避免造成人員傷亡,因此設備維護成為模組記憶體產業生產管理中重要的工作之一。 由於模組記憶體產業大多24小時不停的生產,不僅機器負荷大,生產線上人員及設備維護工程師皆須面臨輪班、排休、工作時間不固定等問題,所以工作負荷可謂不輕。再者,對於設備維護工程師而言,還需面對緊急搶修的狀況,所以工作壓力很大,造成設備維護工程師離職率增高,使得維修知識及經驗不容易傳承,大大影響維修工作的效率與效能。有鑑於此,確實有必要導入知識管理以強化模組記憶體產業設備維護人才之培訓及經驗養成。因此,本研究以個案研究方式對國內一家封裝測試模組一貫化生產公司進行研究,經由知識管理、設備維護保養、案例式推理等文獻建立理論基礎後,探討導入知識管理於設備維護上,設計其設備維護知識管理系統之架構及案例式推理方法之應用。 關鍵字:模組記憶體;設備維護;知識管理;案例式推理

Maintain equipment in good operational condition not only can increase productivity but also can prevent the loss of product quality, money and even the life of employee. Therefore, equipment maintenance has become an important task in DRAM production. Most of the DRAM manufacturing companies operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The work loads for machines as well as the workers and maintenance engineers are considerable heavy. Especially, the maintenance engineers have a lot of pressures on facing emergent repair requests and irregular working hours. Therefore, the turnover rate for maintenance engineer is very high. Under this circumstance, fostering an experienced maintenance engineer for advance DRAM manufacturing equipment is not easy and very time consuming. Hence, it is necessary to embrace knowledge management into maintenance engineer training so that previous experiences can be easily and quickly learned. This study takes a DRAM packaging and testing company as a case study for implementing knowledge management. A maintenance knowledge management paradigm using case-based reasoning is introduced.
