以ZigBee為基礎實現電梯無線通訊網路

摘要


本論文提出以ZigBee為基礎實現電梯無線通訊網路應用在電梯系統,利用ZigBee之XBEE模組架設一個人網域,將原本存在大量電纜線的空間改成無線個人網路空間,使用網狀拓樸應用於電梯樓層間,樓層間各節點可接收訊息亦可轉傳作跳點的功能,除增加樓層拓展性外,又以最佳路徑作為傳輸,而非單一路徑,解決任一樓層控制器因損壞而導致系統癱瘓問題,並透過LabView人機介面進行遠端監控,如有突發狀況,可立即派專業人員至現場,確保乘坐者安全,並提高電梯整體安全性。

This paper presents the wireless communication for elevator system based on ZigBee network topology. The ZigBee module is used to build personal area networks with small, low-power digital radios in order to eliminate the uses of cables, cable trays, cable trenches. The ZigBee wireless mesh network technology is applied for elevator, each wireless node on each floor and the car as the receiver can also be used as the transmitter as well. Like a network, a wireless node can redistribute data generated by the other wireless nodes as a router to a predefined destination. When the data can not directly reach the destination node, the data can hop between the other nodes. Wireless nodes may use redundant communications paths so that can solve any problem if one floor controller is damaged. Moreover, the LabView program is used for remote monitoring and control, when an emergency situation arises, technicians can solve the problem immediately that ensure occupant safety. Hence, the safety of elevator system is increased.
